Brooklyn Park voters will on August 10 pick a new mayor to lead their city as it recovers from the pandemic and faces the new challenges it has brought, such as the increasing crime rate.
Hmong TV, Insight News and Mshale will on August 3 at 6:30 p.m. host a live, one-hour interview with Hollies Winston, one of the two candidates on the ballot. Al McFarlane, the editor-in-chief at Insight News will conduct the interview which will be livestreamed on Facebook.

The three media entities had originally envisioned a forum involving the two candidates but converted it into an interview after the other candidate, Lisa Jacobson, declined the invite.
